The brief
What we were asked for.
A two-agent team covering four markets has two audiences on the same homepage. Buyers want to see homes. Sellers want a number.
The Pimentels also had something many agents lack, which is a long record of client reviews. The site needed to put that in front of people early.
We built a complete realtor site: listings, tools for comparing and saving homes, a home value request, neighbourhood guides and a blog.
The build
What we built.
Listings for sale and for rent
One listings page with tabs for all, sale and rent. Visitors can sort by price, by date or with featured homes first, and load more as they go.
Listing cards that answer the basics
Each card shows the property type, price, address, bedrooms, bathrooms and size, plus the agent responsible. Nobody has to open a listing to find out whether it has three bedrooms.
Saved favourites
Visitors can save homes as they browse. A counter in the header keeps the shortlist one click away, and visitors can register for an account.
Compare side by side
Listings can be added to a compare view, so a buyer weighing two houses in two towns can see them next to each other.
Home value check
Sellers can ask for a professional estimate of their home from two places on the homepage. The request goes to the agents as a lead.
Neighbourhoods and blog
Local guides for the areas the team covers and a blog give the site pages that answer what buyers search for before they are ready to call anyone.
The real estate layer
Every page gives a visitor a reason to get in touch.
The point of an agent's own website is that the enquiry comes to the agent. This one keeps the routes short.
Call, email or WhatsApp from every card
Each listing card carries all three. A buyer can reach the agent from the search results without opening a form.
Reviews near the top
The team's rating, review count and reply rate appear on the homepage, where a first-time visitor is deciding whether to stay.
Four markets, named
Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton and the Niagara Region are stated in the hero, so a visitor knows straight away whether these are the right agents for their area.
The agents own the audience
Accounts, saved homes and value requests all live on the Pimentels' own domain. The leads go to them and nobody else.
